Natural round pool: an eye-catcher for any garden

We designed this contemporary circular natural pool as a focal point for our clients garden, positioned to reflect the evening sun. The pool features a 6.5 m diameter swim zone surrounded by a concentric ring of regeneration zone on one side, bordered by geometrically aligned Brimstone ash decking. Using a hybrid filtration system, it balances the aesthetics of water plants with efficient biological filtration. Challenges included constant rain during the excavation, and the precision required for the tailored pool lining, which involved 180 patches! The clean lines of the bespoke sandstone coping contrast with the native marginal planting to stunning effect.
